Review: Tomb Raider Legend

Hello fellow gamers,
I have been under the weather lately so the only thing I have been doing is sleeping and gaming. I was extremely impressed with this game. If you remember I was harsh on the demo because of the "crate moving routine" but in the game it wasn't that bad. I have to admit this is the first Tomb Raider game I have played (besides playing a little of Angel Of Darkness to see how bad it really was) and Lara moved extremely well in this game. The locations and scenery are just amazing and it is really fun to explore the areas. The only gripe I have is that sometimes the camera angles would work against ya but for how long this game is and the quality I am easily able to look over the shortcomings of the camera. The story is very intriguing and will keep you in suspense throughout the game. I remember seeing the ads about this game that states "Playing is believing" well after this one I believe! I will be looking forward to the next one so you can count me in putting on my sports bra and getting it done:) Crystal Dynamics done a great job in bringing Lara back from the Dead!!


Pros
1. Graphics and scenery are just breathtaking
2. Audio in every department was top notch
3. Story is very interesting and will keep your attention
4. Most puzzles were in the common sense department
5. The action sequences were really inventive
6. You will end up caring about the characters that are talking to you in the headset
7. How many people can say that they used the sword Excalibur??


Cons
1. Camera can be a real pain in the ass sometimes
2. I really wish that there was Quick save.. but the checkpoints were enough so you wouldn't have to backtrack to much.
3. Some may want to play with a gamepad.. so it is a con because you might not have one!!!!
