F.E.A.R. and NVIDIA FORCEWARE 84.21

Hello Fellow Nvidiots and gamers,
This year has been a difficult year for me deciding on which to upgrade first the GPU or the CPU. This has been going back and forth as much as the debate of which came first the Chicken or the Egg. Today I have found out that my decision on getting the GPU (BFG7900GTXOC) was in fact the right decision! I am now very happy with my system and will wait for the AMD FX 60 to come down to my magical price point before upgrading my CPU.

I remember when this game came out (10-18-05) and what a graphical demanding game it was at the time. As you notice that I said "WAS" not "IS":) I am running everything decked out and it is running like a true champion. In fact it is running better than when it first came out with it not all decked out. Now I am starting to wonder if it is just better to "wait" for awhile to pick up new games to give Nvidia time to optimize or for that matter the maker of the games to come up with patches? I am sure that DeathofU is laughing reading this since he knows like I am going to "wait" 6 months to play PREY!
