Retro Review: Contract Jack

Hello fellow J.A.C.K.'s,

Wow, it is just amazing how far Monolith has come with A.I. with the game F.E.A.R. compared to this one. I was expecting the "magic" that was in No One Lives Forever 2 but sadly the lipstick comedy has been deleted and replaced with a more serious game. In this game you just kill, kill, kill and most of the story is told through the 2 way radio and there are hardly any cutscenes in the game. I have become used to Monolith having anywhere between 10-14 chapters in their games and this one had only 7! I was really shocked to see the credits roll to say the least but I feel the game is worth playing just for the space part in the game. The laser rifle is just cool to use and floating in space shooting enemies while your getting closer to the sun was an awesome experience!

2. A.I. is really bad.. hear someone yelling get ready cause there coming your way!! Reload and KILL, repeat!!
3. The magic of Cate Archer is only seen in a wanted poster and not in this game
4. I couldn't change the Quick Save key from F6 to F5??
5. The ending boss was fun but is that it??? reallyy??
