LORD NATAS's opinion on the quote from NVIDIA " The Way It Is Meant To Be Played" should really be "How are we suppose to Play?!!!"

Hello fellow gamers,

I just got home from work and I am pretty p@#$ed off about the scenarios us hardcore gamers will have to deal with for the rest of the year. On a earlier post I stated that I would be running an AMD FX 60 and the 7800GTXOC'S in SLI this year so I can play solitare like a true champion. I am still getting the AMD FX 60 in time for PREY but will hold off to run SLI until next year:(

Here are a couple of reasons why:

1. Microsoft will be having Direct X 10 coming out at the end of this year and none of these cards are compliant with it! So why buy another card that will be "worthless" by the end of the year?
2. You heard of the old saying "Blue Screen Of Death" well there is a new one called "Black Screen Of Death" how you achieve this one is by running 2 7800GTX's with the FX 60 and play Doom 3 decked out or use 3dmark 2006. This is due to not having enough power from your power supply. I know what your thinking.. " I have a 500-600 watt power supply that is certified for SLI this wont happen to me!" Well, wouldn't it be great to buy your new VOODOO computer and open it up and see the B.S.O.D.!!! You must check for power supplies that have "passed" the tests!!! You have been warned:)
